1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who spend £99 / €109 on selected Bosch 18v products in a single transaction between 1st August 2024 and 31st October 2024 from participating retailers and have submitted a valid claim within the claim period.
2. What is the closing date for claims?
The closing date for receipt of a claim for a gift is 30 November 2024 at 23:59pm (GMT).
3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirmation from MLP, on behalf of the Promoter, normally within 10 days of validation. Your gift will then be sent to your address in the United Kingdom (including Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Orkney and Channel Islands) or Republic of Ireland.
Please allow up to 30 days to receive your gift from the date of your approval confirmation email.
4. Where can I find my serial number?
Your serial number can be found on your tool’s nameplate. The serial number is 9 or 10 digits long, please find example below:

5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have not received your gift in the time set out please contact us(Link opens in a new tab) and we will look in to this for you.
6. I cannot upload my receipt, is there another way to claim?
If you are struggling to upload your invoice to the claim page, please post this along with a completed claim form to:

7. I cannot locate the retailer I purchased my powered tool from on the drop down list. Who can help?

8. The battery I’ve received is damaged or faulty, what can I do?
In the instance of receiving a faulty or damaged battery, please contact bosch-sales@uk.bosch.com who will be able to help with your return.
