1. Who can qualify for this offer?

This offer is available to customers who purchase selected Bosch products in a single transaction between 27th March 2026 and 28th June 2026 from participating retailers, and who submit a valid claim within the claim period.

Customers who purchase either:
• A selected Bosch 18V Power Cordless Lawnmower or VISIMOW18V product are eligible to receive an EasyGrassCut 18V-26 FREE; or
• Any eligible GT products with a minimum spend of £100/€120 (incl. VAT) or more in a single transaction are eligible to receive a FOC EasySpotLight 18V-400 bare tool.

2. What is the closing date for claims?

The closing date for receipt of a claim for a gift is 27th July 2026 at 23:59pm (GMT).

3. How and when do I get my gift?

Once you have submitted your claim, it will be reviewed and validated. If your claim is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from MLP, on behalf of the Promoter, normally within 10 days of validation.

Your gift will then be dispatched to your address in the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Orkney and the Channel Islands) or the Republic of Ireland.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your approval confirmation email to receive your gift.

4. Where can I find my serial number?

Your serial number can be found on your tool’s nameplate. The serial number is 9 or 10 digits long, please find example below:

5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?

If you have not received your gift in the time set out, please contact us and we will look in to this for you.

6. I cannot upload my receipt, is there another way to claim?

If you are struggling to upload your invoice to the claim page, please post this along with a completed claim form to:

7. I cannot locate the retailer I purchased my powered tool from on the drop down list. Who can help?

Have you tried to type the name of your retailer into the retailer search field on the claim form? If you are still unable to locate your retailer after trying this, please contact us.

8. The gift is damaged or faulty, what can I do?

In the instance of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact bosch-sales@uk.bosch.com who will be able to help with your return.
