Gift with Purchase Promotion (the “Promotion”) - Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. The promoter is Robert Bosch Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC013418 whose registered office is at C/O Bosch Rexroth, Viewfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes KY6 2RD (“Promoter”). More information about Promoter can be found in clause 24 below. The Promotion is managed and facilitated by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 06467245 whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Northwich Road, Lower Streeton, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 4PG (“MLP”).

3. The Promotion period will run from 27 March 2026 to 28 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The period from 29 June 2026 to 27 July 2026 is for redemption only. The closing date for receipt of a claim for an OG Gift and/or a PT Gift (as defined below) by the Promoter is 27 July 2026 at 23:59pm (GMT) (“Closing Date”). All claims for an OG Gift and/or a PT Gift must be submitted by the Closing Date to be considered for the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom (including Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Orkney and Channel Islands) and Republic of Ireland, except for employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household) or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion (“Eligible Participant”).

5. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.

6. There is a purchase requirement in order to enter the Promotion. This Promotion is open to Eligible Participants who meet the requirements for Entry (as defined below). This is a consumer only Promotion. All products purchased on a business, trade or contract basis (i.e., non-consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

Gift and Entry Process:

7. To ensure clarity, please note the distinct requirements for obtaining the “OG Gift” at clause 8 and the “PT Gift” at clause 9.

8. For the OG Gift:

To receive one (1) of the below:

(hereinafter referred to as the “OG Gift”), Eligible Participants must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

i. During the stipulated Promotion Period, Eligible Participants must purchase any product(s) explicitly listed in Schedule 1 of these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “OG Qualifying Products”) from an authorised participating retailer; and
ii. by or before the Closing Date, claim the OG Gift by
iii. completing and submitting the OG Gift claim form online at www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk, or downloading a claim form from www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk and submitting by post to The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG; and
iv. attaching a copy of the retailer invoice/receipt which must show the Qualifying Product make and model, the name of the participating retailer, the purchase price and the date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase must be within the Promotion Period. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of query.

9. For the PT Gift:

To receive one (1) of the below:

(hereinafter referred to as the “PT Gift”), Eligible Participants must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

i. During the stipulated Promotion Period, Eligible Participants must purchase any product(s) explicitly listed in Schedule 2 of these terms and conditions, spending £100/€120 or more (including VAT), in a single transaction (hereinafter referred to as the “PT Qualifying Products”) from an authorised participating retailer; and
ii. by or before the Closing Date, claim the PT Gift by
iii. completing and submitting the PT Gift claim form online at www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk, or downloading a claim form from www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk and submitting by post to The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG; and
iv. attaching a copy of the retailer invoice/receipt which must show the Qualifying Product make and model, the name of the participating retailer, the purchase price and the date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase must be within the Promotion Period. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of query.

10. The OG Gift and/or PT Gift claim pursuant to clauses 8 or 9 above, has to be received at the latest by the Closing Date. MLP will, on behalf of Promoter, check and verify to confirm that the Entry is compliant with these Terms. A further email notification will then be sent as set out in clause 15.

11. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above at clause 8 for the OG Gift or at clause 9 for the PT Gift will be invalid and will not be entered into the Promotion.

12. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

13. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to redeem a maximum of either:
    i. two (2) PT Gifts; or
    ii. two (2) OG Gifts; or
    iii. one (1) PT Gift and one (1) OG Gift,
    in total throughout the entire Promotion Period, provided all individual redemption criteria for each respective OG Gift or PT Gift is satisfied and supported by distinct Qualifying Product purchases.

14. Each OG Gift and/or PT Gift is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute each OG Gift and/or PT Gift with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

15. If your Entry is approved, you will receive an email confirmation from MLP, on behalf of the Promoter, normally within ten (10) days of validation (“Notification”). Your OG Gift or PT Gift will then be dispatched to your address in the United Kingdom (including Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Orkney and Channel Islands) or Republic of Ireland within approximately 30 days from Notification (unless otherwise notified on www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk). Please check junk and spam email filters for Notifications.

General:

16. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

17. At all times throughout the Promotion, Eligible Participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants and disqualify any Eligible Participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

19. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within the Bosch group of companies.

20. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the OG Gift and the PT Gift and any tax liability arising from the provision of the OG Gift and the PT Gift will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the OG Gift and/or the PT Gift.

21. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

22. By making a valid Entry and accepting these Terms, the Eligible Participant agrees that Promoter and MLP, on behalf of Promoter, can process the Eligible Participants’ personal data for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations as described in these terms and legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and supply of the OG Gift and/or the PT Gift. The Promoter will not process the Eligible Participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the Eligible Participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be passed to MLP who assist Promoter in managing the Promotion and to third party delivery companies. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the Eligible Participants with rights in relation to their personal information. To find out more about this and about how the Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the law, please take a look at the Privacy Policy which is updated from time to time as legal requirements change at https://boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk/privacy.

If an Eligible Participant no longer wishes for their details to be entered into the Promotion, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: DPO@bosch.com with a copy to MLP via the ‘Contact Us’ page at www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk/baretool2026.

23. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.

24. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. If you are a consumer who is resident in Ireland, you may bring any dispute which may arise under these Terms, at your discretion, to the courts of Ireland.

As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
